Refunds and Returns
At la nappe, each piece is carefully crafted with attention to detail and we truly hope that you love your purchase.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at info@lanappehome.com with your order number so that we can assist you with a solution.
Overview
We gladly accept returns of full-priced merchandise for refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days starting from the delivery of purchase. Items must be unwashed and undamaged, with original tags attached.
Please note that special sized or patterned made to order items are non-refundable as they are specially made for you.
la nappe products are bespoke and produced in small quantities. Due to this and the hand-made nature, please know that slight variations occur. We embrace these slight imperfections. No two pieces are exactly the same.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If it’s approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your bank.
Sale items
All sale items and items purchased using discount code during a sale are final and non-refundable.
Exchanges
For all purchases except made-to-orders, we gladly accept returns of full-priced merchandise for exchange or store credit within 14 days. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@lanappehome.com and kindly wait for the assistance.
If you would like to exchange for a different priced item, you would need to first refund your purchase, then place a new order.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, please follow the instructions after e-mailing us at info@lanappehome.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
It’s also expected that your return arrives us within 10 business days after you are approved for the process, allowing for transit time.
You may consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as the refund process only begins upon the return of the item.
